The Hay Family in Hawaii | Brisbane Family Photographer Abroad

We met a fantastic family in Hawaii and spent many nights swapping funny stories, laughing and enjoying the Hawaiian sunsets.  Since the Hay family were on holidays from Canada, we decided to do an impromptu session to help keep them warm when they returned home to -30deg weather!


We so enjoyed their company and can't wait to meet again on another beach, in another amazing part of the world.

This little man was born 3am the morning I left for Hawaii so his session ended up being a little delayed.  He was 3 weeks old when I finally arrived, but was just as content as a newborn. Especially when mummy was around.  Congratulations N and L on a perfect little man. :)

Santa Special - One Year Portraits Miss E | Brisbane Family Photographer

I know I'm on holidays, but I quickly wanted to share a sneak peek of a darling little girl I took some one year portraits for.  I did her cousins cake smash (miss K) a few months ago. Miss E's mummy probably looks familiar as she is the twin sister to Miss K's mummy! We had great fun, and I just looooovvvve the little santa image. Merry Christmas Everyone!!

Aloha from Maui!

My hubby and I decided to celebrate our 5 year wedding anniversary this year in beautiful Hawaii.  We are staying in Maui for 8 days then travelling to Honolulu for another 5 days.  Its such an amazing place. So far we have spent hours in the hot tub sipping cocktails, swimming, being pampered in the resort spa and simply reconnecting as a couple.  Sometimes, when you have little children, you forget to pay attention to the other special person in your life.  Its given us some time to do that thanks to my mum and dad looking after the kids back home.  


I'll post some more pic's shortly but right now, dinner is calling...

3 Month Old Beauty - Baby A | Brisbane Baby Photographer

I met miss A's mummy at the amazing Mathilda's Market on Saturday and couldn't wait till today.  Getting sleepy shots from a 3 mth old is sooo rare! But baby A was a dream to work with. 4 Days Old - Baby K | Brisbane Newborn Photographer

What a surprise entrance this little man made, a week and a half early.  I leave for Hawaii on the 4th of December so we were worried he wasn't going to arrive in time for his session, but he had other ideas!  And I am soooo glad I didn't miss out.  He is adorable, even while pooping and peeing on mum, and dad, and the blanket, and me.... :)

Mathilda's Christmas Markets | Saturday 19th November

This is going to be such an amazing day! The Mathilda's Christmas Markets are shaping up to be big, reeeeeaaaalllly big. With over 100 stall holders, yummy food and kids’ entertainment on offer, Mathilda’s Market is undoubtedly Brisbane’s finest shopping destination for our littlies.  Add the fact that it's the last market for the year and Christmas is just around the corner and it will be an event not to be missed.


So, due to the grand nature of this affair, I have decided to match the occasion with a grand competition.  Drum roll please.....there will be 6, yes, 6 winners!!!! Yeah!!!!  :)

A twin cake smash, wow, what a lot of fun this was.  I was sooo excited when Aunty Amanda contacted me for a cake smash for her twin nieces. This family was great and I can't wait to show you the rest.

Sometimes you can just walk into a house and feel relaxed.  That's what's it's like every time I visit this family.  Nothing fazes them or baby F.  He was so easy going, even when his big brother was a  little over excited to see him.  I can tell they are going to be great mates when they get older.
